Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. As all items are made to order, fulfillment may take several days before shipment.

Shipping delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Carrier delays after shipment
